- This listing is for the Semi Exclusive License for the hand lettered and hand drawn digital design, the Green Magic Plant Hands seamless pattern. This design is entirely hand drawn by Christine Galusky/Pickles + Pen, and is being sold with a Semi Exclusive License to ONLY 3 buyers. ($30 each). ONE has already sold, there are only TWO spots left available for this design. No other copies of this design will ever be sold.

-Two files for this design are included: PDF, and a transparent PNG, 300dpi. Always let me know if any other file types are needed.

- No additional licensing is needed for any Pickles + Pen designs that are purchased with Exclusive License. The only thing you cannot do with designs purchased with Exclusive license is resell the designs in digital format in any way or form.

-I will email you a PDF of the License Agreement as well.

PERSONAL USE:
- You may purchase this design for personal use for your own crafts and projects. You cannot share it in anyway with others, through email, social media, etc. Sharing this design on file sharing pages and groups on social media, or in any other way, is absolutely NOT allowed. This IS stealing. I spend many hours working full time to create all of these original designs, this is my full time job. I do this to feed and support my two sons and I. When you share my work with others you are stealing from us directly. Reselling my original designs is also not allowed, or legal. Legal action can and will be pursued if these terms are violated.

COMMERCIAL USE:
- A commercial use license is included in the cost of this listing for small shops and businesses that are owned and operated by ONE person only. This design is not for commercial use by larger companies, wholesale, retail, multilevel marketing, mass production or third party production. I can be contacted with regards to special custom licensing for this design to be used in those situations.
- This design must be used only on equipment that you own and/or operate, for products that you yourself make to sell. It cannot be re-sold on any products on print on demand sites like Zazzle, Cafepress, Society 6, Spoonflower, Amazon Merch, Tee Spring, etc.
- You cannot re-sell the design, nor use it as giveaway or freebie, or share it in any way. The design cannot be changed or altered and claimed as your own or resold as a new design. The design cannot be used to be resold as stencils, transfers, prints or decals as crafting supplies, unless the additional license is purchased.
